Southern Alberta | Shallow Gas
Gulf Shores has signed an agreement to earn up to 15% in 84 sections of shallow gas exploration within the Upper Cretaceous in Alberta. Option area lies within a joint venture AMI covering 750 townships (27,000 square miles).
Coutts Project
This 9,600 acre project is in the Coutts area of Alberta. Gulf Shores has a 5% carried working interest in the first seven wells of the project which will be drilled at no cost to the Company. Three wells of the project have been drilled to the top of the target zone. The project has been farmed out such that Gulf Shores Resources Ltd. owns a 0.7% overriding royalty down to the Bow Island formation and a 10% working interest below the Bow Island.
